Cooperatives are the type of business entity consisting of the people in indonesia. Indonesia bases it's cooperative activities based on the principle of popular economic movement based on the principle kinship. Koperasi according to Indonesian constitution 1945 article 33, paragraph 1 is the family business with the aim of it's members prosper.
In the cooperative meeting of members is the highest decision in it's structure. Always be decided in a meetingof the SHU (remaining results of operations within one year) which will be distributed to every member.
